Brio Bar Pizzeria and Ice Cream Parlour is located along Viale Duca D'Aosta, one of the most beautiful avenues of the historical centre of Alatri, in the province of Frosinone. Brio Bar Pizzeria and Ice Cream Parlour is situated in a strategical position to offer customers comfort, entertainment, and of course, an extremely rich menu; it offers a wide variety of hot and cold appetizers and a wide range of pizzas strictly cooked with wood-burning oven and a large
variety of sweet and home-made ice creams.

This special Pizza, well-known for its lightness and its digestibility, is prepared in a thousand ways by the chef Claudio, excellent pizza maker and winner of the National Artistic Pizza makers' Award, capable to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

At Brio Bar Pizzeria and Ice Cream Parlour, managed with professionalism and cordiality by the owners Claudio e Marco Zena who have been working in this field for over twenty years, in addition of the traditional pizzas you can taste real specialities such as the stuffed tronchetto or the
panettone pizza, or pizza as dessert like the pizza with ice cream or
gnocchetti with nutella.

The restaurant is composed of a large and elegant hall that can host two hundred people and of an independent and elegant open bar, for important business and friends meetings.In summertime, moreover, there are tables set up in the open patio to spend wonderful evenings and to breath the Alatri's "BREEZE".

It is also possible to book the hall for banquets and dinners for large groups, you can taste Ciociary specialties such as "fettuccine ai funghi porcini"(homenade pasta with mushroooms), "fini fini"(homenade pasta with tomato and basil), "gnocchi" with mushroooms and truffle, "abbacchio alla scottadito"(Lamb), "pollo alla diavola"(chicken), "broccoli of Alatri and cheese of the Ernici Mountains.
